Parachute Regiment Officers Battledress Post War 1953

A British Parachute Regiment officer’s 1949 Pattern battledress, size 13, made in 1953 and badged to a 2nd Lieutenant.

It is complete with Parachute Regiment titles, airborne Pegasus patches, parachute wings and WWII medal ribbons, and comes with matching khaki drill 2nd Lieutenant rank slides, originally found in the breast pocket.

An attractive and unusual early post-war Para officer’s uniform with excellent research potential. There is some minor moth nip, as shown in the photos.
